MISPRINTS AND ERRORS, PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICES

Bikini Paradise endeavours to provide up-to-date and accurate information on the website. However, misprints, typos, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for products), or other errors may sometimes occur. Bikini Paradise cannot guarantee that products and services advertised on the website will be available when ordered or thereafter. Bikini Paradise does not warrant that the content of the website including, without limitation, product descriptions or photographs, is accurate or complete.

Bikini Paradise reserves the right to: correct any error, inaccuracy or omission at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any other person; change at any time the products and services advertised or made available for sale on the website, the prices, fees, charges and specifications of such products and services, any promotional offers and any other website content without any notice or liability to you or any other person; reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order, including accepted orders for any reason and limit quantities available for sale or sold.

PURCHASING POLICY

The price for each product that you order is the price that appears on the website. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Your package will be shipped by Canada Post. Shipping and transport charges as well as the applicable sales taxes are not included in the price. Bikini Paradise has the right to modify at any time the prices of the products shown on the website, without notice. All prices shown are in Canadian dollars ($ CAD). The prices of the products shown on the website can differ from the prices in Bikini Paradise stores. If an error occurs during an online purchase, you will be contacted by a representative, either by phone or email, and if applicable, an adjustment will be made. For example, a product is no longer available, a taxation error occurred, etc. A gift card that is purchased online will be sent by mail and a signature is required at the time of delivery. Gift cards are rechargeable in-store only. At this time, we do not offer e-gift cards.
SHIPPING POLICY

Bikini Paradise has the right to modify at any time the shipping charges without notice. Items will be shipped as soon as possible once your order is accepted. The processing and delivery delays may vary according to the shipping address and product availability. Delivery dates are estimated from the moment the products leave the Bikini Paradise warehouse and facilities. As soon as the shipping company takes possession of the products, Bikini Paradise relinquishes all property rights to the buyer. Delivery of the products is subject to the rules of the shipping company as well as the rules concerning the signature acknowledging receipt of the products. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for tracking and collecting the products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company. We do not currently ship outside Canada.

ONLINE PURCHASES RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, and with the price tags still attached. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

We strongly recommend you do not remove your underwear when trying on panties, teddies and swimsuits until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.

Bikini Paradise reserves the right to refuse any returns, exchanges or reimbursements of goods that are not specified above including items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Items received in such condition will be returned to the customer. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and forfeit all claims.
