Online Purchases

We will happily replace, exchange, or refund any items that you are unsatisfied with within 21 days of shipping date. The product must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and hygienic protection liners still attached.  Items with makeup marks, no hygienic liners, removed tags or in otherwise unsellable condition may not be accepted. Restocking fee is 5%

Please keep your underwear on when trying on swimsuits to ensure that the fit and style are to your liking.

Items purchased online may be exchanged or refunded to Bikini Paradise. Exchanges and returns that are made in-store are free of charge. You will be required to provide your original receipt or proof of purchase in order to receive a return or exchange.

Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase. We do not cover return shipping fees.  
Returns to a PayPal account can only be processed online.

All Sale items are final sale.

Return to the below location using Canada Post or U.S.P.S only please.

Make sure you email us a tracking number of the returning parcel. Returns shipped without the tracking number will not receive  a refund.
